Selected Work

Amy Bryan works across watercolor, drawing, and photography. Her practice centers on living forms—human figures, birds, flowers, and butterflies—approached

through both observation and imagination.

Some works emphasize presence: individuality, gesture, and psychological immediacy.

Others emphasize pattern: symmetry, repetition, and structure found in nature.

Together, these bodies of work explore how individuality and pattern coexist.

These drawings are 22”x30”, done with watercolor and ink, created from 2023 to the present.
